Mr Simcock was kept up to date with the latest treatments available for macular degeneration, retinal vein occlusions and diabetic retinopathy.  He was pleased to note that Moorfields have now embraced nurse practitioners and other allied health professionals performing eye injections following on from Mr Simcock’s talk in London to the World Congress of Eye Hospitals in 2012.
